What it takes to make every plate the way the chef wrote it, and what that is worth. Costs come from your vendor invoices, sales from your POS.
Click a dish to see its cost line by line. MSRP is the menu price that lands the plate on target, rounded up to the next fifty cents. A plate already under target holds its price.
